15 is fine.
Between 0 energy resist and capped energy resist on my bm, the difference was pretty small for sorc mez. Also, if I go my new spec, he'll have yellow energy resist to make up for it. |

| I made one with dreamsphere perma, better utility overall for a healer. The only thing not capped that might concern you is +dur, but with Gary on thane I don't think it matters anyways. Also warning when making one yourself perma, many items are wrong, so double check them all from the database. ... |

| Awesome so far. We have been getting a lot of really good fights. We really only have one big challenge and then a few groups who we are aound the same level on. The good news is we are still missing a lot of mls and have very low RR toons, and we hold our own, so I think we'll do well in a few w... |
